Customs B2B SaaS Dashboard

SaaS Engine Dashboard

Designed a B2B SaaS platform's dashboard, used daily by brokers, finance teams, and logistics coordinators to manage customs clearance and shipment workflows. Replaced a static marketing screen shown to every user on login with a role-based workspace built around critical alerts and quick actions.

Shipment Track & Trace

Led the redesign of a B2B SaaS platform's core tracking tool, used by brokers and logistics teams to track shipments and containers. Consolidated scattered data views into a unified interface, overhauling the information architecture to create a single source of truth for all shipment data.
